Do I have to know which service I need?
No. Tell us the business problem. We’ll determine whether it fits a website plan, custom development, accessibility, or app rescue.
What's the difference between a managed website plan and custom development?
A normal business website — even one connecting to established booking, payment, CRM, or ecommerce tools — fits a managed website plan. When Bright Bridge has to build new software, proprietary workflows, calculations, portals, or other business-specific logic, that becomes custom development, quoted separately.
Can you manage a website you didn't build?
Yes. It’s the same plan family. We review what we’re inheriting first, get it organized, and manage it going forward. If major repair or migration is needed before that, we identify and price it before doing the work.
Can I hire you only for accessibility?
Yes. Accessibility is its own service. A client does not need to hand Bright Bridge responsibility for the entire website just to purchase an audit, remediation, or monitoring.
Do you work on apps built with AI tools?
Yes. Bright Bridge uses modern AI development tools too. We evaluate the actual application and configuration rather than judging it based on which tool created the first version.
