Website Accessibility Audits, Remediation & Monitoring
Bright Bridge tests websites against WCAG, documents the barriers we find, fixes them at the code/content level, and can continue monitoring as the property changes. Start with a free automated scan. The standard paid website audit is $2,500.

Managed-website clients do not buy a separate accessibility-monitoring subscription for the same Bright Bridge-managed website. Accessibility-aware development and ongoing technical checks are part of managing that site. The separate monitoring plans above are for properties Bright Bridge does not manage.
Government websites are only part of the accessibility problem.
Public organizations often have large libraries of PDFs and other digital documents in addition to the website itself. Bright Bridge’s accessibility work can include inventorying those documents, triaging them, remediating documents that need to remain accessible, converting appropriate material to accessible HTML, and monitoring new documents as they are published.
Document work is scoped after inventory and triage.

Accessibility questions.
What does the $2,500 audit cover?
An automated sweep across the covered site, hands-on testing of key templates and critical user flows, false-positive review, WCAG mapping, prioritized findings, a plain-English executive summary, a 30/60/90 remediation roadmap, a fixed remediation proposal, and a walkthrough of the major findings. The standard scope is approximately up to 50 unique pages/templates.
Is Website as a Service really $199/month with no build fee?
No. We run automated testing across the covered site and perform hands-on testing on key templates and critical user flows. That produces broader coverage than pretending a human repeats identical tests on every duplicate page.
What is the difference between the scan and the audit?
The free scan is a quick automated first pass that shows whether there is a problem worth investigating. The $2,500 audit adds hands-on testing, false-positive review, WCAG mapping, prioritization, documentation, and a remediation plan.
What does remediation cost?
Remediation is typically $10,000–$25,000, quoted from the audit findings rather than estimated in advance.
What do I get for the $2,500 audit?
A documented set of WCAG findings, prioritized issues, a plain-English summary, a remediation roadmap, and a fixed-scope remediation proposal. The audit is a deliverable you keep regardless of who performs the remediation.
What does ongoing monitoring cost?
Monitoring is $300, $750, or $1,500 per month depending on site size, change frequency, and reporting needs. Additional properties are +$250/month where applicable.
Do managed-website clients need separate monitoring?
No. Accessibility-aware development and ongoing technical checks are part of managing a website Bright Bridge manages. Separate monitoring is for properties we do not manage.
Do you work with government PDFs and documents?
Yes. We can inventory documents, triage them, remediate the ones that need to stay accessible, convert appropriate material to accessible HTML, and monitor new documents as they are published. Document work is scoped after inventory and triage.
Does an audit make us legally compliant?
An audit documents WCAG findings and the barriers we identified, and remediation removes them. Bright Bridge provides technical accessibility findings and services, not legal advice or legal conclusions.
Do overlays solve accessibility issues?
Overlay widgets sit on top of a page and cannot repair the underlying markup, focus order, or component behavior. We remediate in the code and content instead.
